Carrot & Raisin Cupcakes
Received an order from a dear friend for her 'kids' at Sunday School. Made 25 little cupcakes and one normal one for the teacher. Decided to frost it with cream cheese but then my piping skills aren't that great as you can see. But am quite satisfied with the out come. Look at how neat the little cupcakes are arranged, as if in a queue. :)
