Thanks to the nice ladies in my office who ordered from me, the orders included Peanut butter cupcakes, Fudge brownies, Nutella-frosting cupcakes, Mango Cheesecake as well Tiramisu (which incidentally i forgotten to take a picture of). Apologies to my customers if they looked a bit 'roughed-up' due to transportation from my fridge to the office. Any comments, please to pass it on to me. I will be glad to have comments and tips to improve my baking!

Another good thing that came out of this baking frenzy is that i was exhausted and gotten a good sleep for the past couple nights!!

Was very happy with this recipe : Cranberry and Pistachio Biscotti. It was really nice with the pistachio pieces as you bite into the crunchy biscuits. Not necessarily a big hit for those who prefer soft chewy cookies. However, do give it a chance especially dunking it into a hot cup of coffee....

Received an order from a dear friend for her 'kids' at Sunday School. Made 25 little cupcakes and one normal one for the teacher. Decided to frost it with cream cheese but then my piping skills aren't that great as you can see. But am quite satisfied with the out come. Look at how neat the little cupcakes are arranged, as if in a queue. :)

Below are the list of baked goodies that I am ready to take order for as of now. I hope that it will be an ever growing list.

1. Peanut Butter Cupcakes
12 cupcakes for BND$6
A soft and fluffy cupcake with a strong hint of either creamy or crunchy peanut butter crunch (own preference). Great with kids and adults as well.

2. Black Bottom Cupcakes
12 cupcakes for BND$8
A rich chocolatey based cupcake complimented by a surprising cream-cheese filling. One to satisfy a craving~!

3. Double Chocolate Chips Muffins
12 muffins for BND$8
An all-time favourite that everyone can enjoy with rich chocolate chips filling in the centre.

4. Honeycomb Cake
9 inch by 4 inch for BND$8
A traditional and moist honeycomb or Kek Sarang that will satisfy the sweet tooth but without being overly rich.

5. Fudge Brownies
8 inch by 8 inch for BND$15 with addition $2 for extra ingredients
This lovely fudgy brownies is the ultimate must for brownie lovers.. Baking them myself, I have to resist the temptations of nicking off a piece for myself. However, everyone has a preference for their brownies, be it with nuts or extra chocolate chips. Feel free to voice out your choice.

6. Kueh Batik for BND$8
9 inch by 5.5 inch
I think I might have stuffed as much marie biscuits into my kueh batik as i can (as you can see from the picture in my previous posting). Flavourful from both chocolate as well as from the ever-favourite Milo.

7 & 8. Swiss Rolls for BND 10
10 inches
I think Swiss rolls are the ultimate simple cake that one will miss once in a while. Be it the filling to be whipped cream, Strawberry jam, Nutella or chocolate coated. Everyone has their favourite. Again, feel free to tell me what you prefer for your filling and (subject to my ability) I will try do my best.

9. Blueberry Cheese Tartlets for BND$6
12 no's
Cute and small blueberry cheese filling tarts. Just perfect for tea or even as a snack.

10. Cookies BND$5 for 20 medium sized ones
- Two tone peanut butter chocolate cookies (delightful crunchy cookies)
- Nutella Oatmeat cookies (healthier, chewy nutella cookies)
- Homemade Peanut Butter Cups (Think gooey peanut butter covered with dark semi sweet chocolate)

11. Carrot Raisins Cupcakes for BND$8
12 no's
A proper serving of carrot cake just for one person. If any request for added pecans, by all means.

12. Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake for BND$12
21 cm
Tall and fluffy chiffon cake, with a hint of cream cheese taste. Initially no one could guess what it was. Its very subtle and even my mom who hates cheese loved this light cake.

13. Double Chocolate Chiffon Cake for BND$15
21cm
Again with the chiffony light texture, you will be delighted to find that the added richness from both the cocoa powder and chocolate chip (see pic from previous blog)

14. Apple Crumble Pie for BND$18
9 inch pie
Cut a slice of apple crumble pie and heat up slightly, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream...

15. Cheesecake Brownies for BND$15
8 inch by 8 inch
A refreshing break from the all chocolate brownies, with the addition of cream cheese, the texture is a cross between a cheesecake and fudgey brownie.

16. Nutella frosting cupcakes for BND$8
12 no's
A simple choice of either chocolate or vanilla cupcakes frosted with nutella...

17. Chilled Lemon/Mango Cheesecake for BND$16
9 inch
Refreshing light cheesecake either with lemon or mango flavour with a biscuity base.

18. Tiramisu for BND$18
A shout out to coffee-lovers out there. Do request for extra strong coffee if required.

19. Apple pie cupcakes for BND$10
12 no's
Delicious topping of apple chunks cooked in cinnamon-sugar sauce, with a fluffy and simple cupcake.

Finally i have some pictures of my cakes available for uploading. I made the Double Chocolate Chip Chiffon Cake, which is a must for chocolate-lovers but then the texture is unmistakable light and fluffy chiffon cake. You won't feel that much of a guilt eating more than one piece.
Kueh Batik- which was surprisingly a pleasure to make and eat. Cooking the chocolate custard makes me eager to try a piece of marie-biscuits laden kueh batik...however I would have to wait another day to leave it overnight. I normally bake in the evenings, where i have the kitchen to myself, rathering than trying to disturb my mum cooking dinner for us during late afternoon :)
