Kueh Batik and Double Choc Chip Chiffon Cake


Finally i have some pictures of my cakes available for uploading. I made the Double Chocolate Chip Chiffon Cake, which is a must for chocolate-lovers but then the texture is unmistakable light and fluffy chiffon cake. You won't feel that much of a guilt eating more than one piece.
Kueh Batik- which was surprisingly a pleasure to make and eat. Cooking the chocolate custard makes me eager to try a piece of marie-biscuits laden kueh batik...however I would have to wait another day to leave it overnight. I normally bake in the evenings, where i have the kitchen to myself, rathering than trying to disturb my mum cooking dinner for us during late afternoon :)
